Wonderful Travel

Every year I and my best friend Natalie make a journey. We like travel very much. Travel is a good chance to see different cities, to learn their culture and meet new and interesting people. We have some special way how to choose the place of our next journey. There is a map of North and South America in Natalie’s room. We take dart and throw it to the map. Where it will get was a place of our destination. It is a very interesting way; you never know where the destiny will send you. Last summer we visited Barbados – a wonderful island with hot sun, beautiful aborigines and warm Caribbean Sea. But this year the choice wasn’t so successful. The dart got in Kentucky, North America. We expected a little bit another destinations. I offered to Natalie to overthrow, but she said no. Bargain is a bargain. Otherwise, why this procedure with the map is need. As usually we found in the Internet all necessary information about the place we were going to visit. Kentucky or KY is American state that is located on the East side of the continent. The capital of Kentucky is Frankfort. Usually it is rather hot in summer that is very good. The one more reason to visit Kentucky is that KY is native place of Johnny Depp. So, we bought tickets, packed our stuff, took camera – the most important thing in our journeys and set off from Washington to the city called Louisville. We chose this city, because it is the biggest one in the state. We didn’t expect something wonderful and unforgettable from this travel. When we arrived everything was alright, but then…it was awesome. We met a guy. His name was Elvin. He was the funniest guy I have ever met. He agreed to make our trip wonderful. He showed us the most interesting places, advised us hotel and restaurants and he also introduced us to his friends. Two weeks we spent in learning Kentucky, its people and culture. Also we visited neighboring cities. Shortly speaking, we had marvelous time. People say never judge a book by its cover and it is absolutely right. Beyond all doubt we will return to KY next summer and spend a good time there.
